How do I check the status of my order?
Please make sure you have checked the Estimated Delivery Date for each product. This will give you an idea of how long the order will take to leave our warehouse and how long the package will spend in transit. Within 24-48 hours of shipment, a UPS, FedEx, or DHL tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received a tracking number for your order, Click Here to Contact Us

Can you send me a catalog?
We do not currently have a paper catalog. All ordering can be done online at www.SportsFanCenter.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please review the estimated delivery date for each product in the item description. Most products leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Products which take longer typically need to be custom manufactured prior to shipment.

No, we do not charge any sales tax. We pass the savings to you.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Due to licensing restrictions, we do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to Alaska, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

These carriers do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays in the shipping estimate. Each product has an Estimated Delivery Date on the item page. Please review the estimated delivery date for each product in the item description. Most products leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Why did I receive 2 tracking numbers for 1 order?
Multiple product orders may ship from multiple warehouses. You will receive multiple tracking numbers via email as the products ship.
