Returns

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If, for some reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your order to us for a full refund of the product price (less original shipping charges), within 15 days of receipt of the product(s). Some exceptions may apply. Please see below for our Return Procedures.

All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number written on ALL sides of the package to be accepted by our warehouse. To request an RA#, email us at Returns@SportsFanCenter.com or call us toll free at 1-888-355-FANS.

For Incorrect / Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt to obtain an RA# and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect product. Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse, the correct replacement products will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charges.

For Unwanted Merchandise:
If you decide that you're unhappy with the product(s) you purchased, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to obtain an RA# and instructions on how to return the unwanted product(s). You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the product price (less original shipping charges).

Please note: All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. For merchandise deemed worn, dirty, used or missing tags, the package will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. Lost return shipments are your responsibility, so be sure to ship the items to us via FedEx/UPS or some way we can track the shipment.

Some of our products may have a Manufacturer's warranty. Please view the product page for additional warranty information. If your product has failed within it's warranty period, please contact us for an RA#.
